This programme will start with a speaker event that provides expert guidance on empowering colleagues to self evaluate in order to reach their full potential. All Signatories are invited to a workshop following the close of Black History Month. This will be a confidential discussion between representatives of BTC Signatories to facilitate an evaluation of BHM and reflect on its role today in business.
