As an organisation, we continue to work towards having a workforce representative of our client base and international footprint, as we champion activities to nurture and develop talent, no matter their background. We realise there is more we can do to make sure Black colleagues flourish in the workplace, particularly Black representation in senior leadership, and we look forward to working with Black Talent Charter to push this progression.”
