This report offers an interesting leadership perspective on the impact of the cultural pushback to DEI initiatives, demonstrating the tensions that need to be anticipated when focused on specific staff cohorts.  Whilst this report suggests a broad approach, we consider that targeted impact work remains valuable and essential to effect change, and there is a particular role leaders can play to support their organisations to embrace new approaches and stay the course.
